A stone will not move

A stone must connect directly to an available opening. Sequence can require a specific color. Wild can add an immovable anchor. Shift can change the network after the displayed countdown. The information above the board shows the active rule.

A score did not appear

Confirm that Game Center is signed in and the device has an internet connection. Torima submits an eligible final result after a run or challenge ends. A temporary connection problem can delay the update.

A live challenge is unavailable

Live challenges have published opening and closing times. Check the device time and internet connection. Torima keeps the latest valid challenge catalog on the device during a temporary connection problem.

Sound or haptics are missing

Open Preferences and confirm that sound and haptics are enabled. Device silent mode and system haptic settings can also affect feedback.

Advertising and privacy choices

Open Preferences and choose Privacy and rights. When required in your region, Torima provides a way to review advertising privacy choices. More information is available on the Privacy choices page.

Remove Ads

Open Preferences and choose Remove Ads to make a one time purchase through Apple. This removes banner and interstitial ads. If you already purchased it with the same Apple Account, choose Restore Purchases. A pending family or payment approval can delay activation.

Local progress

Torima does not require an account. Progress and preferences stored by the app can be removed by deleting Torima from the device. Game Center records are controlled through Apple services.

Before reporting a problem

Install the latest available Torima version, restart the app, and confirm that iOS is current. A screenshot is helpful when the board or interface looks wrong.
