These terms apply to use of the Torima game, website, support, and live challenge services.

Using Torima

You may use Torima for personal and lawful entertainment. Do not interfere with the service, exploit a defect for unfair competitive advantage, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate scores, or use Torima to violate another person's rights.

Gameplay and progress

Torima is designed as an endless puzzle with daily, weekly, journey, and live challenge content. Local progress can be lost when the app is deleted, device storage is changed, or a technical failure occurs. Keep the app and iOS current.

Live content and rewards

Live challenges can have opening and closing times, eligibility rules, scoring rules, and digital rewards. Availability can change when needed for fairness, security, legal compliance, or technical reliability. Digital badges, trophies, and collection items have no cash value unless a published event rule expressly says otherwise.

Advertising and third party services

Torima can display advertising and can use services provided by Google, Firebase, and Apple. Their services are governed by their own terms. Torima is not responsible for third party content outside the parts of the service it controls.

Remove Ads purchase

Remove Ads is a one time nonconsumable in app purchase. While its verified entitlement remains active, Torima stops requesting and displaying banner and interstitial advertising. The purchase does not remove Torima branding, live challenge notices, Game Center messages, or information needed to operate the game. Purchase restoration and refunds are handled through Apple and remain subject to Apple policies.

Game Center

Leaderboard and achievement features require Apple Game Center. Eligibility, identity, and platform availability are also subject to Apple rules. Manipulated or invalid results may be excluded where reasonably necessary to protect fair competition.

Intellectual property

Torima, its gameplay presentation, artwork, text, sound, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership. Feedback may be used to improve Torima without an obligation to compensate the sender.

Availability and changes

Features may be improved, replaced, suspended, or removed. Reasonable efforts are made to keep Torima reliable, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.

Warranty and responsibility

Torima is provided under the warranties required by applicable law and otherwise as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, responsibility for indirect or unforeseeable loss is excluded. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Apple terms

Where applicable, use of the iOS app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.

Changes to these terms

The effective date above will change when revised terms are published. Continued use after a change means the revised terms apply to later use, subject to rights provided by applicable law.
